What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. Cimarron's 2 1/4" Complete Deluxe Commercial Frame is the company's best-selling commercial-grade cage structure, built to hold up under constant year-round use at training facilities as well as serious backyard setups. Rather than the thin, imported 18-gauge tubing found in many competing frames, Cimarron manufactures the elbows and ground sleeves domestically from 14-gauge, 2 1/4" steel.

Three horizontal steel cables run the length of the structure in place of a solid perimeter frame, which keeps visible steel to a minimum and lets the netting move slightly in the wind rather than fighting against a rigid structure. The ground sleeves are set in concrete, with angled arch supports at each end adding extra rigidity to the whole system.

Offered in 55' or 70' lengths at a 15.5' width, this frame pairs with a #36 or #42 net and includes everything needed to add netting and start building a cage, aside from the concrete work itself.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by dealer or consumer negligence, misuse, overuse, acts of nature, or damage incurred during shipping, and it does not transfer to a second-hand owner.
