4. Return Process

4.3 Shipping the Return
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label using a trackable carrier.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Pro Athletic Supply will email you a prepaid return label once your return is approved. Do not ship any item back without first receiving an approved return authorization and shipping instructions.
