Cancellation Policy

If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it before it ships.

Standard Orders
Contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or (224) 426-9939 and we will attempt to cancel before the order is processed for shipment. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to arrange a return. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns on shipped orders.

Large Equipment Orders: Large equipment orders can be cancelled at no charge before the item ships. Once a large equipment order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. If a large equipment shipment is refused or returned by the customer without authorization, return shipping costs may apply.
