Fulfillment Model: Pro Athletic Supply operates as a dropshipping retailer. Orders are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers and may ship from multiple warehouse locations across the United States. Delivery timelines depend on supplier availability and carrier schedules. By placing an order, you acknowledge this fulfillment model and agree to the estimated delivery windows outlined in our Shipping Policy.

5.2 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
