Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

The Varsity S Pop Up Tackler pairs Rae Crowther's patented S-pad with a self-righting pop-up base, giving defenders the most realistic tackling target on the market. After every rep the sled snaps back upright on its own, so coaches and players never have to stop and reset the frame between reps.

The S1 pad is molded to mimic a real ball carrier, with a head, shoulders, and knees leaning forward at the waist. That shape forces the tackler to lower their pad level, get underneath the target, and finish the hit rather than just striking a flat surface. Because the foam wraps completely around the internal steel spring, the pad stays put on contact instead of sliding off, and a removable two-piece cover protects the foam and simplifies off-season storage.

Beyond tackling reps, the weighted, powder-coated base doubles as a strength and conditioning tool, building the leg drive and mental toughness that carries over to game day.

If a covered defect occurs, Rae Crowther Co.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part; a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any product for a warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly, ordinary wear and tear, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.
