What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. The Rae Crowther Climb Sled was built around a single problem: modern defensive linemen who play low and long leave almost no surface for an offensive lineman to strike. Developed with longtime NFL coach Bill Callahan, the sled teaches the "Climb" technique, an uppercut strike delivered underneath the shoulder plate that lets a blocker find a handle on the defender's breastplate and then leverage him upward into a taller, more controllable position.

The S2 pad is built specifically for this technique, with a breastplate surface that has enough give for players to actually grab a handle, plus short stubby arms that mirror the hand-placement challenge of a live, moving opponent. The angle of the S-Pad is adjustable, so coaches can lean it forward like a lineman in a stance, stand it upright like a pass blocker, or set it anywhere in between to create more or fewer angles to work.

Pro/Collegiate and High School models are both available, and every sled ships fully assembled, so there's no setup required beyond removing the shipping wrap.

If a covered defect occurs, Rae Crowther Co.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part; a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any product for a warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly, ordinary wear and tear, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.

What's the difference between the pro/collegiate and high school models?
Both use the same s2 pad and climb technique design; the pro/collegiate and high school models are sized and built for their respective levels of play.
Does the sled ship assembled?
Yes, it ships fully assembled by rae crowther's shipping department, so you just remove the shipping wrap and it's ready to use.
