What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. The Rae Crowther Fight'n Trainer Pass Rush Sled gives pass rushers a realistic, repeatable target for hand placement, contact control, and escape technique. The Fight'n Arms are shaped in a V position — a more natural combat stance than straight extended arms — and are built from steel spring wire, so they bend with resistance under contact and spring back into position for the next rep.

Each arm is long enough to mirror the length and diameter of a real opponent's arm and is fully covered in heavy padding, so players can go full speed without worrying about hitting the metal spring hidden underneath. That combination lets a pass rusher drill hand placement and escape moves at game speed, rep after rep, without needing a live blocker across from him.

If a covered defect occurs, Rae Crowther Co.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part; a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any product for a warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly, ordinary wear and tear, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.
