We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (888) 469-6340 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Ground Battle Chutes let O-line and D-line players repeat drive blocks, angle blocks, double teams, pull blocks, hook blocks, trap blocks, and cross blocks in a controlled, low-to-the-ground position. Available in three footprints, they scale from individual reps to two rows of players working simultaneously.

Frames combine powder-coated square tubing with tough black mesh netting that trims weight versus solid boards, reduces helmet scrapes, and lets players work moves and exit through the legs at nearly any angle. Height and pitch adjust across a range of settings, and every chute rolls on eight foam-filled wheels that never go flat.

If a covered defect occurs, Rae Crowther Co.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part; a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any product for a warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly, ordinary wear and tear, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.

How many players can work under one chute?
The 27' x 12' model is wide enough for two rows of players to run drills side by side; the 27' x 6' and 36' x 6' models are built for single-row reps.
Do the wheels need to be aired up?
No. all eight standard wheels are foam-filled, so they can't go flat, and optional caster wheels are available for tight spaces.
