We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

The Pop-Up Kaboom Safety Tackler was designed around one goal: getting the head and the crown of the helmet out of contact. A strike plate is sewn across the front of the pad from shoulder tip to shoulder tip to mark exactly where players should make contact, and "Head Up" and "Chest Up" are stitched onto the pad as a constant visual reminder of proper form.

At just 70 lbs., it's noticeably lighter than a standard tackling sled, which takes some of the intimidation out of tackling reps for younger or less experienced players while keeping the focus on technique. After a player dips and rips through the pad to bring it down, it pops back upright on its own with no help needed, so it's ready for the next tackler right away.

Because it's light and easy to move, it also works well as a warm-up or pre-game sled, and beyond tackling it's useful for ball-security and stiff-arm work with running backs and receivers, as well as stance-to-fit-contact-drive-and-shed progressions for younger offensive and defensive linemen. It can also serve as a rehab tool for players working back into contact at a controlled pace.

Rae Crowther Co. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered defect occurs, Rae Crowther Co.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part; a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any product for a warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly, ordinary wear and tear, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.
