Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (888) 469-6340 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

A dense foam football molded onto a wooden stick that lets a coach simulate the snap without a live center. Designed by NFL D-line coach Wayne Nunnely and NFL equipment manager Chris Smith, it's built to sharpen a defensive lineman's first-step explosion off the snap.

Because the coach holds and moves the stick from a standing position, they can watch the entire drill and time the snap exactly when needed. Special teams coaches use it for punt and PAT/field-goal block timing, and receiver coaches use it to train players to key on the ball.
