Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (224) 426-9939 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

What ball types does tenniix support?
Tenniix includes nine preset ball types, including baseline ball, moonball, short ball, volley ball, kill shot, ball feed, and hand feed. these shot variations are designed to support a wide range of tennis training scenarios.
What is smart training mode?
Smart training mode transforms tenniix into a personal tennis coach by tracking player position in real time. users can establish a custom recovery zone, and the machine serves only when the player returns to position. speed, spin, and trajectory adjustments can be made during a session, allowing the system to adapt automatically.
Can i use tenniix for pickleball training?
No. tenniix currently supports tennis only. pickleball compatibility may become available in the future.
