Each section weighs roughly 110 to 120 pounds, so a two-person crew can load, carry, and position the mound without machinery. Construction still relies on Portolite's high-performance poly core, fiberglass reinforcement, and premium turf, preserving the authentic regulation-mound feel that high school, college, and professional-level pitchers expect.
