What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (888) 469-6340 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Protect players anywhere in the gym, under the basket or around the entire court, with Bison's solid-color, wood-backed Protector wall padding, now available in easy-to-order 2' x 6' panels. Simply request a quote for the number of panels needed and choose a vinyl color. Bison's aluminum Z-Track hidden mounting system lets panels be removed and replaced as needed (wall-mounting hardware not included). A field-installed outlet cutout kit (WP10F) can be ordered separately, and custom sizes, cutouts, and full-color graphics are available through Bison's Custom Indoor Wall Padding line.

Protector padding uses polyurethane foam (43-53 lb Indentation Load Deflection per 50 cubic inches, 1.50 lb/cubic foot density per ASTM Tests B1 and A) that conforms to California Fire Code TIB 117:2013 Section 3 and FMVSS 302, along with ISO 20743:2007 antibacterial and AATCC 30 antifungal standards. The 14-ounce vinyl cover has a tear strength of 92 x 83 pounds per inch per ASTM D2261 and is treated for mildew and UV resistance, conforming to NFPA-701, CSFM, with a Class A fire rating per ASTM E-84. Padding is mounted on 7/16-inch OSB composite board with a water-based adhesive bond.
