Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (888) 469-6340 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Carl's Place Golf Room Netting is a black, brushed-velour mesh system that blocks stray golf shots while keeping a clean, professional look from both sides. It's built to order to your room's height and depth, and it retracts easily whenever you need to reach a window, door, or the space behind it.

Reinforced grommets and a weighted bottom keep the netting stable during play, and it pairs well with a Carl's Place enclosure kit for a complete, retractable simulator setup. A Ceiling Mount Hardware Kit is required to install the track and is sold separately, sized to match your netting's depth.

No, the netting and track system is designed exclusively for ceiling mounting.
What tools do i need to install the hardware kit?
A screwdriver or drill, a ladder, and a tape measure. a second person is also recommended.
Does the netting block ambient light?
No. if you need to block ambient light, choose carl's place golf room curtain instead.
How do i determine the right size for my room?
Measure your room height and desired netting depth. the netting is made 2 inches shorter than your ceiling height for a draped effect.
Is the netting suitable for commercial simulator bays?
Yes, it's well suited to protecting against errant shots in high-traffic commercial settings.
