What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

The Portolite Pro Series Adult Mound is built to true MLB dimensions — a six-piece, 18-foot circle assembly set at a full 10-inch professional mound height. The shell is molded from industrial-grade fiberglass and the sections lock together with Portolite's interlocking flange system, giving the mound a rigid, competition-ready platform rather than a set of loose panels.

Because the mound breaks down into individual pieces, Portolite's patented lift-and-carry design lets a small crew move, store, and reassemble it without forklifts or trailers. The playing surface is a 1¾" artificial turf manufactured specifically for this mound system, and the entire turf layer can be replaced on the existing shell as it wears, so programs aren't forced to buy a new mound just to refresh the surface. It's rated for use on dirt, turf, or indoor flooring.

A rotatable 6" x 6" x 24" pitcher's rubber ships with the mound, and buyers can choose between Red Clay, Brown with Black Thatch, or Brown with Red Clay Thatch turf.
