We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. The Junior S-Sleds bring the same S-Pad design as Rae Crowther's Varsity sleds down to a size that actually fits younger players. Built for athletes roughly 8 to 13 years old, the pad height and weight are scaled so kids can learn correct technique instead of just fighting a sled built for adults.

The S-shaped pads mimic a player's head, torso, waist, and knees, so the same sled works for tight hands, punch, forearm and shoulder, rip, swim, run-blocking, goal-line, pass-pro, and tackling-fit drills. The design is modular and pad spacing is wide, and because the connector link sits low, players can run through the frame instead of around it — something few youth sleds allow.

If a covered defect occurs, Rae Crowther Co.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part; a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any product for a warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly, ordinary wear and tear, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.
