Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (224) 426-9939 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
