We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 14 days. For return requests, exchanges, or assistance, please contact our customer support team.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (888) 469-6340 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Is this professional or consumer-grade equipment?

The Carl's Place 6'x10' HotShot Golf Hitting Mat gives golfers a durable, joint-friendly practice surface built for repeated, pain-free swings. It uses a pre-cut, replaceable hitting insert, so instead of replacing the entire mat when the hitting area wears out, you simply swap in a new insert.

This 6'x10' size is built from the same high-quality fiber construction as every HotShot mat, striking a balance between real-course feedback and everyday affordability. It's light enough to move between a basement, garage, or patio, making it a flexible centerpiece for any golf simulator setup.

Choose from three interchangeable insert types — Standard, Foam Divot, or Gel Divot — depending on whether you want true-tee compatibility, extra joint cushioning, or a fairway-like divot feel. Optional accessories like a rubber mat base, tee packs, a ball tray, and club holders are also available to round out your setup.

Please note: the hitting insert ships separately from the mat and may arrive on a different delivery day.

Enclosure, netting, and mat components are considered wearable products, and usable lifespan varies with frequency of use, skill level, and installation. Does the hitting insert ship with the mat?
No. the hitting insert (standard, foam divot, or gel divot) ships separately in its own box and may arrive on a different day than the mat.
Can i use real tees with this mat?
Yes, but only with the standard insert. the foam and gel divot inserts are not compatible with real tees.
Can i add a base under the mat?
Yes, an optional epdm rubber golf mat base is available to help keep the mat in place and add extra cushioning.
