What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. Built with a durable 6" x 8" post and an extended 48-inch offset, the FCH684-XXL creates generous room beneath the basket for smoother movement and more natural gameplay around the hoop. The system features a regulation-size 72-inch tempered glass backboard paired with a ClearView mounting design that removes visual distractions behind the glass for a cleaner and more professional appearance.
