What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. If a covered defect occurs, Rae Crowther Co.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part; a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any product for a warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly, ordinary wear and tear, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.
