What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (888) 469-6340 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Cimarron Sports covers this product with a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, repaired or replaced at Cimarron Sports' discretion. The warranty does not cover damage from dealer or consumer negligence, abuse, overuse, acts of nature, or shipping damage, and does not transfer with second-hand ownership.
