Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. Construction matches the rest of the Masters line: dense, UV-treated black polypropylene netting encloses three sides and the top, with a separate heavy-duty archery-netting baffle hanging behind the hitting area to absorb direct impact and extend the outer net's usable life. Cimarron Sports covers this product with a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, repaired or replaced at Cimarron Sports' discretion. The warranty does not cover damage from dealer or consumer negligence, abuse, overuse, acts of nature, or shipping damage, and does not transfer with second-hand ownership.
