What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

The Cimarron #84 Commercial Z-Screen brings pitcher and coach protection to both baseball and softball programs in one adaptable frame. Its signature "Z" cutout lets right-handed or left-handed throwers, overhand or underhand, work from the same screen without swapping equipment between reps — a real time-saver during mixed bullpen or BP sessions.

Built on a 2" commercial steel frame and wrapped in 4mm #84 polyethylene netting, this Z-Screen is constructed to stand up to hard line drives and heavy day-to-day use at the college, travel-ball, or facility level. The netting is UV-treated to resist sun degradation for screens that live outdoors during the season.

The warranty does not cover damage from dealer or consumer negligence, abuse, overuse, acts of nature, or shipping damage, and does not transfer with second-hand ownership.
