What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. This package pairs the Cimarron Masters Golf Net with a Complete Frame, so everything needed to build a 10' x 10' x 10' hitting bay arrives ready to assemble — no trip to the hardware store required. The net itself is dense, UV-treated black polypropylene mesh enclosed on three sides and the top, backed by a separate heavy-duty archery-netting baffle that takes the brunt of ball impact and helps the outer net last longer.

The Complete Frame option includes steel corner fittings along with all of the 10' EMT support poles, delivered locally so the whole structure can be put together without sourcing tubing elsewhere. A high-visibility white-stripe target is built into the net for consistent aim feedback, making this a straightforward setup for a garage, backyard, or commercial hitting bay.

The warranty does not cover damage from dealer or consumer negligence, abuse, overuse, acts of nature, or shipping damage, and does not transfer with second-hand ownership.
