The First Team FoldaMount46 Side-Folding Wall Mount Basketball System is designed to simplify the installation and operation of high-quality folding basketball systems for multi-use facilities. Ideal for gyms, schools, recreation centers, and athletic spaces where courts need to transition between sports and activities, this system allows basketball goals to fold neatly against the wall to create additional floor space when needed. Its flexible design helps maximize facility functionality without sacrificing performance.

The FoldaMount46 features a side-folding design that swings left or right for compact wall storage without requiring ladders or special tools. During installation, the system provides adjustable wall-to-backboard extension distances ranging from 4 to 6 feet, allowing installers to fine-tune positioning and align the system with court markings more accurately. This flexibility helps reduce measurement errors and minimizes costly modifications or rework during installation.

Operating the folding system is designed to be simple and convenient. Using the included adjustment crank, users can loosen the adjustment mechanism, move the unit toward the wall for storage, and secure it in place when not in use. Reversing the process quickly returns the system to game-ready position. First Team offers multiple package configurations to fit various facility requirements, and optional bolt-on padding is available on select models for additional player protection. Every FoldaMount46 package is backed by First Team’s Lifetime Limited Warranty for long-term confidence and performance.

Is there an attachment or accessory that can be added to the foldamount46 victory that will allow for height adjustment between 8' and 10'?
Yes, height adjustment can be added to the foldamount46 victory using either the ft300 or ft310 height adjuster, depending on the selected backboard configuration.
What is the difference between victory, triumph, and tradition backboard packages?
The tradition package features a traditional 48-inch tall by 72-inch wide backboard design. victory and triumph packages both use a modern 42-inch tall by 72-inch backboard. the triumph version includes reinforced construction built to withstand collegiate-level play, including dunking and hanging on the rim.
What is the maximum wall mount extension distance available?
The maximum wall extension available is 12 feet using the supermount82 or foldamount82 systems. while the telescoping feature does not extend to 13 feet, adding the optional height adjuster can increase the total reach to approximately 12 feet 3 inches.
Do you sell just the wall mount for 72" backboards?
Yes, several standalone wall mount options are available for 72-inch backboards. the wallmonster is a recommended starting option, while both supermount and foldamount systems are also compatible with 72-inch backboards.
Can wall mounted units be attached to columns instead of walls?
Wall-mounted systems are not specifically intended for column installations. however, the adjustable arm system, backboard, and rim from the champ or vector in-ground systems can be adapted for column mounting if the structure is properly drilled and bolted. this setup supports height adjustment but does not provide retractable functionality.
Can wall mounted basketball goals be adjustable?
Yes, most wall-mounted basketball systems can be configured with adjustable height functionality. standard adjustment ranges typically span from 8 to 10 feet, while the wallmonster offers the broadest adjustment range.

Yes, the supreme uses durable 1/2-inch acrylic construction suitable for demanding use. however, tempered glass remains the preferred option for competitive environments and league-style basketball play.
What is the difference between victory and triumph packages?
The victory package is best suited for recreational use and casual shooting sessions, while the triumph package is designed for more intense play and performs better in competitive and heavy-use settings.
