Built for schools, athletic facilities, recreation centers, and larger gym environments, this wall-mounted system combines durable construction with adjustable positioning to create a professional basketball installation with greater placement freedom.

The SuperMount82 is engineered to provide adjustable wall-to-backboard extension distances ranging from 8 to 12 feet during installation. This flexible design allows installers to fine-tune system placement to better align with existing court markings and floor layouts, helping reduce installation errors and avoiding costly rework or modifications. The adjustable structure creates a more efficient setup process while allowing accurate positioning for a cleaner final installation.

Designed with versatility in mind, the SuperMount82 can be configured to work with virtually any basketball backboard, making it compatible with a wide range of facility requirements and court preferences. First Team offers multiple package configurations to help users select the ideal setup for their space, and optional bolt-on padding is available on select models for additional player protection. Every SuperMount82 system is backed by First Team’s Lifetime Limited Warranty for long-term confidence and dependable performance.

Warranty Information:

All First Team products are warranted against manufacturers defects at delivery. Additionally, First Team warranties most products for a given period of time as stated in the literature. Below is and explanation of First Team's warranty levels. Any First Team warranty is granted solely to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, lessee, or acquirer of the product. The warranty terminates automatically upon any resale or transfer of the product.

Limited Warranty:

Covers any damage caused by normal basketball activity and normal player contact with the goal. "Normal basketball activity" and "Normal player contact" shall be described as any action that is necessary for participation in the game of basketball. Deliberate hanging on the rim, multiple player hanging, and vandalism are not covered under the Limited Warranty.

Superior Warranty:

Covers any damage or failure caused by any type of basketball activity or related contact with the unit. This includes deliberate hanging on the rim. The Superior Warranty does not cover vandalism.

Unconditional Warranty:

Covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason. Any product carrying an Unconditional Warranty is exempt from the above stated limitations.

Any normal wear and tear caused by weathering or UV exposure is not covered under any First Team warranty. All painted items carry a one year limited warranty on coating.

Some basketball products carry a warranty valid only when used in a residential setting. "Residential" is defined as a "single family dwelling." Products coverd by this warranty stipulation are indicated in First Team's product literature with a "R" symbol next to the warranty. Under no circumstances shall any basketball product carrying a strictly residential warranty be covered for non-residential use. 

Due to the abusive nature of amusement facilities, unless specifically agreed to in writing, First Team products carry no warranty except for obvious manufacturing defects when used in an entertainment facility where players pay a fee to use the equipment.

What is the difference between victory, triumph, and tradition backboard packages?
The tradition package features a traditional 48-inch tall by 72-inch wide backboard design. victory and triumph packages both use a modern 42-inch tall by 72-inch backboard. the triumph version includes reinforced construction designed for collegiate-level play, including dunking and hanging on the rim.
What are the actual dimensions of the supermount wall boards?
The supermount wall boards are built from standard 2x8 lumber, with actual dimensions measuring approximately 1.5 inches by 7 inches. each board is exactly 84 inches long and includes flanged elevator bolts extending from the rear side for mounting the support arms.
What is the maximum wall mount extension distance available?
The maximum wall extension offered is 12 feet using the supermount82 or foldamount82 systems. while the telescoping option does not reach 13 feet, adding the optional height adjuster can extend the reach to approximately 12 feet 3 inches.
Do you sell just the wall mount for 72" backboards?
Yes, several standalone wall mount options are available for 72-inch backboards. the wallmonster is a recommended starting choice, while both supermount and foldamount systems are also compatible with 72-inch backboards.
Can wall mounted units be attached to columns instead of walls?
Wall-mounted systems are not designed specifically for column installations. however, the adjustable arm system, backboard, and rim from the champ or vector in-ground systems can be adapted to a column if it is properly drilled and bolted. this setup allows height adjustment but does not include retractable functionality.
Can wall mounted basketball goals be adjustable?
Yes, most wall-mounted basketball systems can be configured with adjustable height settings. typical adjustment ranges span from 8 to 10 feet, while the wallmonster offers the widest adjustment capability.
Is the supreme suitable for heavy play/competition?
Yes, the supreme features a durable 1/2-inch acrylic construction suitable for frequent use. however, tempered glass is generally preferred for competitive environments and league-style basketball play.
What is the difference between victory and triumph packages?
The victory package is designed primarily for recreational play and casual shooting sessions. the triumph package is built for more demanding use and is better suited for heavy gameplay and competitive environments.
