What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. At 5 feet wide - a full foot wider than Portolite's Standard mounds - it gives taller and more advanced pitchers the lateral space to use the entire rubber during their delivery, without sacrificing the durability of Portolite's one-piece construction.

The mound measures 10 inches tall and 10 feet 6 inches long, weighs about 160 pounds as a single unit, and is built on a poly-core with fiberglass reinforcement, topped with a premium turf surface. Because it ships and stores as one piece, it's best suited for programs that set up a mound and leave it in place, such as college practice facilities or dedicated bullpen areas.
