We offer fast and reliable free shipping on all orders across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery is generally 4–7 business days.
Larger or heavier items may ship via freight carrier and typically arrive within 10–21 business days.

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 14 days. For return requests, exchanges, or assistance, please contact our customer support team.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (888) 469-6340 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
Is this professional or consumer-grade equipment?
Every brand we carry -- Jugs Sports, Newstripe, Sports Attack, Trigon Sports, and others -- manufactures professional-grade equipment. These are the same products used by coaches, athletic directors, and sports facilities at every level of competition, from youth programs to collegiate programs.
