Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee, while defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. The Rae Crowther RAGE Sled is built around a simple idea: give players a precise target and honest resistance so bad hand placement gets exposed and corrected in practice, not on game day. Each RAGE Sled ships with E2 pads, whose tight, concave hand pockets force accurate, accountable strikes; if a player is off target, the coach can see it immediately.

Like the rest of the line, RAGE Sleds use Rae Crowther's HPST, or Hip Power Spring Tech, system, which engages resistance as soon as the pad is leveraged, with the resistance level tunable to a team's strength and experience. The pad lean adjusts tool-free between 0, 12, and 20 degrees, lean it forward for goal-line and wrecking-ball work, or stand it up vertical for pass-pro and linebacker drills, and the concave E2 pad shape doubles as a training tool for shoulder and flipper release techniques.

RAGE Sleds carry a wide 56-inch pad spacing and a run-through frame for additional drill variety, and they are modular, so the sled's size can expand or contract as a roster's needs change. A weight horn on each pontoon lets coaches fine-tune resistance for turf or grass. A 2-Man RAGE Sled weighs approximately 430 lbs., scaling up to about 1,075 lbs. for the 5-Man version.

If a covered defect occurs, Rae Crowther Co.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part; a Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any product for a warranty claim. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, accident, improper assembly, ordinary wear and tear, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.
