The Rae Crowther Strike King is a modular blocking sled built around the brand's H1 pad and HPST, or Hip Power Spring Tech, resistance system. The H1 pad mounts a genuine pair of shoulder pads and a jersey to a foam torso, so every rep looks and feels like the strikes players will deliver on game day, a level of realism that makes it especially effective for teaching offensive and defensive line hand placement.

When a player leverages the pad, the HPST system engages and pushes back with resistance that can be tuned to match a team's level of play. The pads pivot from 0 to 12 to 20 degrees of forward lean with a simple pull-pin, no tools required, so coaches can angle the sled forward for goal-line and wrecking-ball work or stand it up vertical for pass-pro and linebacker drills.

Strike King sleds use a wide 56-inch pad spacing and a run-through frame that opens up additional drill options, and they are built to hold up on both turf and grass thanks to weight horns mounted on each pontoon that let coaches dial in the sled's resistance and ride height. A 2-man sled weighs 375 lbs. and a 5-man sled weighs 937 lbs. Because the H1 pad uses a real jersey and shoulder pads, each pad comes with an outdoor protective cover with a cinch-string closure at the bottom for when it is left on the field, or the pads can be removed and stored indoors.
