What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We cover 100% of return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- no questions asked. All our shipments are insured against damage during transit. You can also file a claim directly at our Equipment Protection page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes -- if your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@proathleticsupply.com or call (224) 426-9939 and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

The bundle includes a Pro Spiked Practice Mat with marked lanes and lines, a Catcher's Mat, and your choice of a Full Batter's Mat or two Half Batter's Mats. As with the rest of the Field Defense System line, every mat uses Portolite's SpikeTek backing — hundreds of spikes set into the underside that grip turf or dirt so the mats resist shifting during high-repetition circle work and drills.

Turf comes in Green, Red, Clay, or Brown, and programs can add a bullpen mat or on-deck circles at checkout to extend coverage further.
